Coaching Service

Individualized management coaching services enhance personal performance and/or behavior of those who need to attain higher levels of leadership and/or managerial excellence. In fact, research shows that when formal training - which normally leads to no more than 25% improvement - is combined with coaching, managerial/leadership productivity can increase by as much as 88%.

Whether it is developing new skills or enhancing existing ones, VJE’s Coaching Service is designed to fulfill a vital need in an often busy and always competitive business environment. Vann Johnson Enterprises is aligned with and committed to the following philosophy:

Here is a brief overview of VJE’s Coaching Strategy:
Step 1 – Assessment: We will conduct a thorough professional assessment which includes a 360 survey of Peers, Direct Reports, Manager, and Self, plus participation in our exclusive Management Assessment Center.
Step 2 – Feedback and Goal Setting: Complete a debrief of the 360 and Management Assessment Center results by your VJE coach and plan key improvement strategies for the next twelve weeks with the participant and her/his manager.
Step 3 – Personal Coaching: Your VJE coach will conduct bi-weekly face-to-face/phone reviews of progress toward the agreed upon goals for eight weeks. The coach will follow-up with the participant’s manager on improvements noted and/or areas for additional effort.
Step 4 – Progress Check: The participant, her/his manager, and your VJE coach will meet to review progress and acknowledge accomplishments and/or redirect, as necessary.
Step 5 – Personal Coaching: Based on results of the progress check, your VJE coach will conduct bi-weekly face-to-face/phone reviews of progress toward the agreed upon goals for the remaining four weeks.
Step 6 – Summation and Ongoing Development Planning: The coach will follow-up with the participant’s manager on improvements noted and/or areas for additional effort and agree on next steps. The coach, participant, and her/his manager will plan for ongoing development.

Tuition: $3,495.00, plus related travel expenses

Individualized 360 online surveys can be conducted as a stand alone service.
